Note: The system does not automatically prorate membership dues when the draft date is changed. A manual adjustment is required to add a prorated amount. Consult your YMCA policies on draft date changes.
- Find Account
- Click “Activities”
- Click on the row of the currently active membership
- Click “Recurring Billing”
- Change Next Sale Date to requested Day of Month (1st, 15th, etc)
- Click “Save”
