This will limit a user to browse only a selection of account/object ranges. This does not limit a user to enter into this range of accounts/objects, only when browsing. If no ranges are specified, the user can browse all accounts/objects. This applies to the account browse/object browse and budget entry, but for budget entry, this only affects the scroll up/down buttons. It still allows you to key an account/object manually.

Browse: This shows the user ranges for browsing.

Browse Restrictions: This allows you to browse the high-level range restrictions for browsing defined in user account/object ranges.

Entry Restrictions: This allows you to browse the high-level range restrictions for entry defined in user account/object ranges.
